Bonne Bouche was established in a South Kensington shop in 1952.
German master baker and patissier, Rolf Biller, arrived in the mid-60s bringing a passion for baking and a drive to take the business forward.
Several years of apprenticeship, studying and working in bakeries and hotels in Germany and Switzerland meant Rolf brought with him a wealth of traditional bread, cake and pastry recipes - and with his flair for developing new products, Bonne Bouche became a popular destination.
Our top-selling nougat twists and almond twists are among the many products uniquely developed by owner Rolf Biller.
So for over 50 years, Bonne Bouche has been providing high quality, handmade baked goods to customers from London to Wales.
These days, our extensive range of products are handmade by a small team of experienced and dedicated bakers and pastry chefs in our Perivale bakery.
We currently have five retail shops and cafes across London serving filled baguettes, pastries, gateaux, cakes, bakes and biscuits.
We also offer wholesale supply to shops, cafes, restaurants and events in West London and further afield.
We are now pleased to have an online shop that allows collection in shop or delivery to certain postcodes.
